The Moduline HHT 281K gives you two separately controlled hot holding compartments in one slim 555mm-wide trolley, each taking 8 x 1/1 GN trays. Hold crisp and moist foods at different settings, or run just one side during quieter periods, with each compartment working from 30°C to 120°C. It shares the slim footprint of the HHT 161K but splits the cabinet in two, which suits hotels, aged care and caterers serving several dishes at once.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: Moduline's distributor lists it as a 15 A unit, so it needs a 15 A outlet rather than a standard 10 A power point. Have a licensed electrician fit one if you don't already have it. We supply the equipment only.
• Access: it is 1780mm tall and 88 kg, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Check door heights on the way in.
• Options: core probe, USB port for HACCP records, grids and trays are extra. Ask us for prices.
