The Moduline HHT 161K packs 16 x 1/1 GN levels into a slim 550mm-wide, full-height trolley, so you get plenty of hot holding without a wide footprint. It keeps up to 58 kg of cooked food at 30°C to 120°C using DeliWarm static heating and two adjustable humidity vents. It is the tall version of the HHT 081K, with one large compartment, and suits hospitals, aged care, hotels and banquet kitchens moving meals through narrow corridors and lifts.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: single phase, listed by Moduline's distributor as a 10 A unit. The supplier's documents differ on the exact wattage (1.5 kW or 2 kW), so ask us if you need the exact figure for your electrician.
• Access: it stands 1780mm tall and weighs 88 kg. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises, so check door heights on the way in.
• Options: core probe for automatic holding by core temperature, USB port for HACCP records, grids and trays are all extra.

Common questions:

Single compartment or two?
The HHT 161K has one compartment with one controller. If you want two zones at different temperatures in the same slim size, choose the HHT 281K.

Does it come with a core probe?
No, it is an option. With the probe fitted, the trolley can run Moduline's automatic holding cycle.

Are trays included?
Removable tray racks are fitted, but GN trays and grids are sold separately. Ask us for prices.
