For banquets and large functions, the Moduline HHA201EV holds 20 x 1/1 GN trays (up to 48 kg of food) at 30°C to 90°C in a slim, mobile Black Edition trolley. Fan-assisted heating moves warm air through the full-height cavity, and a hand-filled water tray keeps the atmosphere moist so plated meals and trays hold well. It has double the capacity of the HHA101EV on almost the same 553 x 744mm footprint, standing 1857mm tall.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: rated at 10 A on single-phase power. Ask us to confirm the plug fitted if you are planning outlets.
• Access: it is 1857mm tall and 140 kg, so check door heights, lifts and ramps. Delivery is by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.
• Not included: trays and grids are sold separately. Eutectic plates for chilled holding are an optional extra.

How hot does it go?
It holds from 30°C to 90°C. If you need to hold at up to 120°C, look at the static-heat HHT trolleys.

Which side are the push handles?
On the HHA201EV the ergonomic handles are on the right side, for pushing and steering through the venue.

Can I fit deeper pans?
Yes. The runners take 40mm pans in all 20 positions, or fewer deeper pans: 10 x 100mm or 6 x 150mm.
