The Polaris PQ61 is a compact 6 tray blast chiller and shock freezer that brings cooked food down to safe temperatures fast. It chills 20kg from +90°C to +3°C or freezes 11kg from +90°C to -18°C per cycle, and plugs into single-phase power.
