The Polaris PQ61 is a straightforward, compact blast chiller and shock freezer from the Quick series, made for cafes, restaurants and small production kitchens taking their first step into cook-chill. It holds 6 trays, chills 20 kg from +90°C to +3°C or freezes 11 kg to -18°C per cycle, and runs on single-phase power. Compared with the Target Smart PTS61-700L, it keeps things simple with easy electronic controls instead of a touch screen.

Good to know before you buy:

• What's not included: stainless steel trays and shelves are not supplied. A GN 1/1 shelf, a 600 x 400 shelf and a castor kit (RT) are available. Ask us for prices.
• Power: runs on standard single-phase 240V power, 0.88 kW.
• Airflow: keep the front grille clear and leave room around the unit so it can reject heat, especially in a hot kitchen.
• Access: packed at about 790 x 850 x 995 mm, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

We supply the equipment only. It runs on single-phase power, and any new outlet or circuit must be installed by a licensed electrician.
