The Dihr HT 11 ECO T is a hood type pass-through dishwasher for busy restaurants, cafes and clubs that have outgrown an undercounter machine. Lifting the hood starts the cycle, and on a 55°C hot water supply it can handle up to 72 racks an hour, with room for 410mm plates and 1/1 GN trays. It shares its size, cycles and rack with the H 11 T, but has a single-skin hood and coupled polypropylene wash arms, and draws 6.9 kW instead of 10.9 kW.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: it needs a 400V three-phase supply and must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and drain: connection by a licensed plumber. Use a 55°C hot water supply for full output; on cold water, output drops to around 20–22 racks per hour. Dihr specifies water hardness of 2–8 °F, so ask your plumber about a softener.
• Height: allow 1880mm of clearance for the hood to open.
• Drain pump: Dihr lists the drain pump as optional on this model, so ask us if your drain point is above floor level.

Common questions:

What is the difference between the HT 11 ECO T and the H 11 T?
Both are 720 x 735mm hood types with the same 4 cycles. The H 11 T has a double-skin hood, independent stainless steel wash arms and a bigger boiler (10.9 kW in total), so it keeps up better on cold water. The ECO is single skin and draws 6.9 kW.

Can it go in a corner?
Yes. Dihr designs it for pass-through or corner layouts.

We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.
