Product details
Fagor M-E915BM - Kore 900 Series 150L Electric Boiling Pan Indirect Heating
The Fagor M-E915BM is a 150 litre electric boiling pan from Fagor's heavy-duty Kore 900 Series, built for kitchens that make stocks, soups, sauces and custards in bulk. It heats indirectly: a water jacket around the well makes saturated steam at about 107°C, which warms the base and sides evenly and runs cooler than direct heat, so delicate batches are far less likely to catch. If you don't have three-phase power available, the M-G915BM is the gas version of the same pan.
Key features:
- 150 litre well stamped into the top, in AISI-304 stainless steel with an AISI-316L stainless steel base
- Indirect (bain-marie) heating: steam in the surrounding jacket heats the whole well evenly
- Jacket fills automatically, with four safety devices: pressure switch, overpressure safety valve, overheat thermostat and a pressure gauge on the top
- Well fills with hot or cold water through an electric valve, operated by one switch on the front
- Empties through a 2 inch safety valve, with a removable stainless steel drain filter
- Double-walled lid with front handle, opening diagonally to 75°
- 2mm thick AISI-304 stainless steel top, laser-cut joints and hidden screws
- IPX5 water protection and controls sealed against water getting in

Common questions:
What does "indirect heating" mean?
The heat goes into a water jacket around the well, not straight into the food. The steam in the jacket (around 107°C) heats the base and sides evenly, which helps stop milky sauces, custards and stocks from scorching.
How do I empty it?
Through the 2 inch safety valve, which has a removable stainless steel drain filter. If you would rather tip food out, look at the SB-E910IM or SB-E915IM tilting bratt pans.
Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber in your area.

Warranty: 2 years parts and labour, plus an extra 2 years on parts when you register the product with FED within 14 days of invoice.
