For high-volume stocks, soups, sauces and braises, the Fagor M-G915BM gives you a 150 litre gas-fired boiling pan on the heavy-duty Kore 900 Series chassis. Stainless steel tubular burners heat a water jacket around the well (indirect, bain-marie style heating), so the food is cooked gently and evenly instead of sitting on a direct flame. It is the gas twin of the electric M-E915BM, and you can order it for Natural Gas or LPG at the same price.

Good to know before you buy:

• Gas type: choose Natural Gas or LPG when you order (same price), and make sure it matches your gas supply.
• Installation: gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter, to local regulations and under suitable ventilation or an exhaust canopy. We supply the equipment only.
• Water and power: the pan fills from a water supply, which a licensed plumber should connect, and it also needs a 240V, 10 A power supply.
• Gas supply: at 86.4 MJ/h, ask your gas fitter to confirm your meter and pipework can carry it along with your other gas equipment.

Natural gas or LPG?
Both are available at the same price. Pick the gas type that matches your site when you order. Fagor supplies the LPG version under model code M-G915BMLPG.

How is it emptied?
Through a 2 inch safety drain valve, with a heat-resistant handle and a removable drain filter. If you would rather tip food out, look at the SB-G910IM or SB-G915IM tilting bratt pans.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed gas fitter, with the water connected by a licensed plumber.
