The Moduline HHT 282K is a full-height, dual compartment hot holding trolley: two stacked compartments, each with its own control panel, taking 8 x 2/1 GN or 16 x 1/1 GN apiece. Together they hold up to 115 kg of cooked food at 30°C to 120°C, so you can keep mains and sides at different settings in one cabinet. It suits banquet halls, clubs, hospitals and large caterers moving a full service at once.
