The Polaris KC100L is the large version of Polaris's self-contained roll-in blast chiller. Its deeper 1575 mm cell takes a 20 x 2/1 GN trolley, or two 1/1 GN trolleys, so kitchens running 2/1 GN combi ovens can roll a full load straight in. It chills up to 90 kg or freezes up to 65 kg per cycle, and because the refrigeration unit is on board, there is no remote condensing unit to buy or pipe up. Choose the KC100C if you only use 1/1 GN trolleys and want a shallower footprint.

Good to know before you buy:

• Not included: trolleys and the KC100RAMP access ramp are extras. Ask us to quote them with the unit.
• Power: three-phase supply, 6.25 kW. It must be connected by a licensed electrician. We supply the equipment only.
• Space: plan for 1050 x 1575 mm of floor, 2450 mm of height, and room in front to manoeuvre a loaded trolley.
• Access: delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. At this size, check every doorway on the route and organise suitable lifting equipment.

Will my combi oven trolley fit?
The cell is built for a 2/1 GN trolley or two 1/1 GN trolleys, with a useful internal size of 843 x 1108 x 1919 mm. Check your trolley's footprint and height against these figures, or ask us.

Does it come assembled?
Yes. Polaris supplies the KC100L assembled, unlike the GC remote cells, which are assembled on site.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. It must be connected by a licensed electrician in your area.
