With the same 558mm-wide footprint as the IM0160HDM, the Bromic IM0250HDM lifts output to 250 kg of half dice ice per 24 hours, a good match for busy cafes, bars and catering kitchens that blend drinks or use ice through the whole day. It is a modular head: it makes the ice and drops it into a separate storage bin, so it needs a compatible bin to work. It takes the same bins as the IM0160HDM, but Bromic lists a 16 A plug for this model rather than a standard 10 amp one, so plan the power supply before it arrives.

Good to know before you buy:
- Power: Bromic lists a 16 A plug for this head, so it will not run from a standard 10 amp power point. Have a licensed electrician confirm and fit the matching outlet before delivery.
- Storage bin: the head can't hold ice by itself. Choose "Ice machine head only" if you already own a compatible bin. Otherwise pick a bin: the SB129 fits directly, and the SB178 and SB243 options include the CBT30EMCD adaptor. A bin's capacity is the ice it stores at one time, which is different from the 250 kg the head makes in 24 hours.
- Height: head plus bin is about 1655mm on the SB129, 1653mm on the SB178 and 1878mm on the SB243, not counting the bin's feet or the adaptor.
- Water / drain: a licensed plumber must connect the cold water supply and drain. We supply the equipment only. For a water filtration kit, ask us.
