The Polaris GC301 is a three-trolley blast chilling and shock freezing cell for high-output food production, such as large banqueting kitchens, institutional catering and ready-meal producers. Three 1/1 GN trolleys roll in one behind the other, and the cell chills or freezes up to 240 kg per cycle. Compared with the GC201 it adds a third trolley bay (3200 mm deep instead of 2300 mm), and like all GC models it runs from a separate remote condensing unit, here the GMR301.

Good to know before you buy:

• Not included: the GMR301 condensing unit, the R-GCX01 stainless steel ramp (with drain outlet) and the trolleys. Ask us to price the full setup.
• Assembly and connection: this is a large, site-assembled cell. It needs a licensed refrigeration mechanic for the remote refrigeration lines and a licensed electrician for the three-phase supply. We supply the equipment only.
• Space planning: allow 1300 x 3200 mm of floor plus room in front to manoeuvre trolleys, and a suitable outdoor or plant-room spot for the condensing unit (the standard unit is rated for outside temperatures from -10°C to 38°C).
• Access: 1415 kg packed, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises. Lifting equipment will be needed.
