The Polaris PTS61-700L is the 6 tray model in the Target Smart range: a reach-in blast chiller and shock freezer with a 7 inch touch screen, heated core probe and automatic HACCP recording. It chills 21 kg from +90°C to +3°C or freezes 15 kg to -18°C per cycle, and runs on single-phase power, so it suits cafes, restaurants and bakeries short on space. It sits between the simpler PQ61 and the taller three-phase PTS121L and PTS161L.

Good to know before you buy:

• Power: single-phase 220–240V with a rated current of 8 A. Check the outlet you plan to use can handle it.
• What's not included: stainless steel trays and shelves are not supplied. Shelves (GN 1/1 and 600 x 400) and a castor kit (RT) are sold separately.
• Defrosting: it uses a manual defrost device, so build defrosting into your cleaning routine.
• Access: 790 mm wide and 740 mm deep, delivered by tailgate truck to the front of your premises.

Does it record HACCP data?
Yes. The control records HACCP data automatically (temperatures, alarms and events), and you can download it through the USB port.

Can I use 600 x 400 bakery trays?
Yes. The tray rack is designed for both GN 1/1 and Euronorm trays.

Do you install it?
We supply the equipment only. If you need a new outlet or circuit, it must be installed by a licensed electrician in your area.
